Description
My pitch is about building a framework based on an existing cyber competition so it can be ran across Region 5. The cyber competition was founded thanks to an IEEE Emerging Technologies grant and has become self-sufficient. The competition format could be copied across R5 allowing IEEE to provide young professionals with skill building and networking opportunities. It would also allow IEEE to bring young professionals and companies that wouldn't otherwise know about IEEE into IEEE's sphere of influence.
